So biztards, I have a phone interview/screening set up for a new job. I meet all the experience, KSAO's, and qualifications needed for the position. Not to mention my friends are employed within the organization at influencial levels... Problem is, I cant see the company being financially viable after 5 years. They are shuffling debt/bonds around like mad to keep within distance of the surface before drowning. If pay and benefits aren't better it's a no brainer obviously but, at what % increase does a bizfag decide to jump ship and catch that knife for the experience.

Currently in the family stage of life and within 5 years it should be finished. Finishing up a masters meme degree as well. The new job would give me more potential to influnce people on a bit of a wider range. An increased scale/scope is what I'm looking at with this change.
