The majority of you have no idea what is happening with Bitcoin (BCH), so let me tell you. Jihad is going to keep up pumping up the price for at least 9 more days. The reason for this is that Jihad wants to suck hash from BTC to BCH to make it more difficult for CSW to gain hash majority post the Nov 15 fork. If you want sure gains, buy BCH right now. Just remember to dump it right before the fork

OP is right, Craig wants to destroy the whole crypto space. He first attacks BCH, after that Monero an Zcash etc, then Ethereum and many many more are on his list until there is nothing more left Except Bitcoin. Craig wants total controll over crypto and blockchain. If you can't see that you must be blind and living under a rock. The problem is if Central banks would join him. We all know the banking system doesn't like competition. Craig is as evil as it can be.

I think I might see what they're up to now and why Calvin said something about whoever can withstand pain the longest will win. Jihan and associates have one obvious weakness, massive exposure to BCH prices and crypto prices in general. Any large crash and the bitmain IPO will implode and they're finished. Craig and Calvin presumably are not dependent on crypto prices in the short term. They may not even plan to win a hash war to begin with, what if they want ABC to go ahead with the hash war so that the BCH network fails temporarily. BCH prices will crash and drag the entire crypto market with them. By crashing crypto with no survivors their adversaries bitmain will be bankrupt and lose by default. Presumably BCH prices will remain very low for a while and they can buy those 1m BCH off bitmain liquidators for a low price.

If their plan is anything like that Jihan buying BCH to pump the price to win the hash war is him walking right into a trap. By expending precious capital pumping BCH he's further increasing the pain of any market crash. It's not like he can afford to lose another few hundred million on BCH as it is.

If BCH stops working due to the hashish wars and the price crashes it could ruin bitmain. The CSW and Calvin faction likely don't rely on crypto for income in the short term, crashing the market and having to wait 12 months for it to recover may be acceptable for them if it eliminates bitmain.

The original BTC DAA is a vulnerability. the 1mb limit was an admitted temporary limit that was supposed to have been removed over 400,000 blocks ago according to Satoshi himself. Because of the way the DAA works and the massive social media campaign targeted at the stupids, which has been unimaginably successful with the influx of absolute hordes of stupids in context of the stratospheric price rise, there was no other way to ensure that there would actually be a chain other than BTC, because all miners follow profitability.
The BCH DAA works against this effectively by upping its bid for hashpower based on the market price of competitors by lowering the difficulty. It has been successful enough to keep 30k USD+ per hour protection from 51% attacks, so it's pretty safe to say it's successful in general. Which brings us to the next part of the equation, which is that the BTC DAA isn't just a bug that positively protects the old chain, it's also a bug that extremely negatively protects the old chain.
Prepare to kiss your ass goodbye, corecuck.

BTC difficulty algo is there specifically to prevent this ABC bitcoinSV issue. You can cry about BTC all you want but it won't change the fact BCH doesn't follow the whitepaper when it comes to hashrate determining which chain is valid.

>> No.11666389

>>11666349
That's just untrue. There's been plenty of points throughout which BTC has been the chain with the least hashrate. In each case, corecucks sperged out and did whatever they could to stop people from noticing.
The simple fact is what happened was an attack, unquestionably. A temporary limit that prevents the progress of mass adoption was transformed into a permanent one, an avalanche of new users who had no idea what the fuck was going on was attracted by stratospheric rising prices, and miners did the economically rational thing that they always do; mine the chain that is the most profitable. They did that when BCH was that chain November 12th 2017 and BTC had only 10% of the hashpower, and they're doing it now that BTC is that chain. All of this is indisputable fact in the historical record, so ask yourself, what do *you* think should have been done to ensure the survival of the real bitcoin in the event of this attack? Look at what actually happened, the attackers had to spend a huge amount of money and time and effort on social media campaigns and associated nonsense, and all they really managed to do was; pay off OG bitcoiners handsomely, pay off miners enormously, and split the original vision into a chain they couldn't attack.
I'd say in that context, the defense against the observed attack was pretty damned effective.
But I don't know why I'm wasting time using complex descriptions of material reality with a complete fucking retard, which you'd really have to be to still be a corecuck at this stage of the game as >>11666241 colorfully points out. I guess I hope that a more thoughtful anon who doesn't just parrot bullshit might read and consider the implications of the facts as they stand. Especially how they might relate to the forthcoming hash wars on November 15.

Stopping changes is one thing, but he explicitly stated that this doesn't stop with BTC. If it was "rescuing" BTC from a direction it should not go, that would not be as onerous or despicable as what this appears to be at face value: a power grab.

>> No.11668244

I would like anyone with half a brain to ponder this for a second.

It is known that the btc crowd hates bch, and btc has 10 times the hash power of bch, single pools on btc have more than all the hash power on bch.
If these miners were really against bch, they could have easily attacked the bch chain doing double spends. There is literally hundreds of millions sitting there on the table for any big btc miner, and the chance to kill the minority chain.. but yet they are not doing it.
A miner doing anything other than maximizing his profit? Suspicious, isn't it...

What if i told you... that the majority of miners mining btc right now, are not actually pro btc.
Ask yourself where is the money coming from, and where is the money going... Miners are still mining btc and selling it for a lot of money.. who is buying this btc? It's not other miners, nor people who actually need btc to transact.. it's your stupid brainlet "investors" who dont do their research and still pour money into btc since its the biggest coin, just because of the name. The miners are exploiting this and getting all this free cash coming in from idiots. Some of them may be buying bch with this cash, while the prices are low... We don't know about the average miner, but bitmain, the biggest of them all, made their balances public, and they have sold all of their btc while accumulating one million bch. The bch chart looks eactly like an accumulation chart, small investors selling small quantities.. and then big investors buying big quantities when the price gets low enough..

Do you see the long term play here? The miners are actually pro big blocks, but they are still milking the dead btc cashcow as much as they can, while accumulating cheap bch. After they are satisfied with the accumulation, they will coordinate the flippening. Miners have full control of this game, if you think otherwise you don't understand crypto.

Why are Cashies so annoying and hostile. Block stream or anyone in "core" did not influence my decision about my investments. The blatant hostility with just random hooker pictures of people with BCH shirts is such a put off. As well as clearly BCH is losing price/sats to BTC in the long run. In fact at this point I own more BCH then BTC because I plan on selling it soon. I say I use Monero for my web transactions and no one cares. I say I use BTC and Cashies come out of the woodwork to attack.

If BTC goes down all of of value proposition of Crypto goes in the toilet as well. Normies wanting to buy Coffee is not what gives BTC its current 6.4k value. This is clearly being bought up by institutions why would I want to bet against that. You burn everyone on crypto, people arent going to be running to Bitmain cash. Like you mentioned who Holds a large amount of BCH. I get it people are buying the rumor and Cashies are in full force. But XRP seems like a much better value investment at this point if you want to use a digital ledger with all this nonsense going on. Cant wait till mid month when it starts to crash again and Cashies are nowhere in sight. Just keep calling everyone a cuck and an idiot. That will get em for sure.

You think that, but you're wrong. The things you think about crypto, you think because blockstream propaganda led you to believe them. There is no reason outside said propaganda to be invested in BTC period.
> If BTC goes down all of of value proposition of Crypto goes in the toilet as well.
Your coin is a hijacked sabotaged shitcoin. It going in the toilet is exactly what is required for the market to return to rationality. Not the provocation for a surrender to irrationality. Bitcoin is interesting because it is finally a system
Where the weak get slaughtered
And wars can happen often without ruining humanity

Bitcoin is interesting
Because it separates.
It seeks to divide, instead of unify.

Again I am trying no to toss insults but you all make it really challenging. Why do you try to interpret meaning where none exists? Its just a picture by google imaging "Ideologues" I mean look at the file name for god sakes lol. You only prove my point for the third time but I doubt you have the IQ to understand it. You are trying to apply meaning where none exists. This is why its hard for Cashies to respond to someone talking about using any other crypto to make a payment. You have already created a narrative in your mind and everything has to fit within this model. Like I said you are going to get wrecked if you cant get your autism under control.

Cashies all tend to already have the Imago of the idealized concept developed and are easily thrown off by random images or phrases like, "I make my purchases with XRP or Monero and it works great". Again I cant wait until BCH crashes again and you all are gone and we can get back to the funny LINK threads. The BCH community is literally toxic.

Do you guys think there will be a chance to dump ABC for SV coins?
I'm looking at the different time-frames and game planning the different possible outcomes...

So the 'upgrade' will occur on the 15th.
Then there is a stress test on the 17th.

That stress test would be the perfect time to showcase how SV can perform.
I'm sure their code has been kept under wraps for a reason.

But will the coins actually split?
Will the exchanges be willing to list ABC/SV?

And another interesting question.. how will Ver/Wu be able to save face after this all?
Hmm.. if there's anyone out there who knows as little as me, brainstorming would be appreciated.

So far it seems like the only way to profit from believing in SV is to be a miner and spam ABC-supported-only transactions on both chains so that the coins get treated as a miner lottery on the SV chain...

>> No.11669167

>>11669119
I believe if ABC switches from SHA256D a split will happen. The attack is to take control of the network to run BSV. I might be off on some of the details. BSV might fail completely and it was just a nothing burger.

If they do this then the stress test will no longer be as important.
I think they will stay on the same chain, but that the coins will be splittable for a time. Maybe for a few days.
The correct play is to accumulate as much of whichever split you think will be The One left standing after it all.

It all comes down to whether there is any exchange willing to list the coins as being separate.
I guess you could trade with someone in a one-on-one transaction (my SV for your ABC) but that's too personal for me.
