i will only answer 3/4 questions, due to security issues. i am a high-profile holder of rare pepe's, so i cannot disclose some information.

it takes 5 digits of rare pepe's to make it.
i plan to hold forever as i will not sell them. my children can choose to do whatever with them.
you can store them safely by storing them on an encrypted flash drive. i managed to sneak the flash drive into my mother's casket during her showing
