First of all, look around for clubs in your area. Stuff like chess for example. Chess is actually pretty good, since you will meet other weirdos there. If you dont like chess, look out for something else, it doesnt have to be a gym.
This will bring some routine into your life and help you mentally.
After a few weeks, you can try to make friends. If people in the club you choose, havent asked you, you will have to. Just ask one or two of them if they want to grab a beer in a pub. This way you will build a social circle.

I think you get the point. Get a hobby -> find friends -> build a social circle.

This alone might take up to a year. You will get into contact with many more people, once you have a social circle. Even females. And thats how you find a girlfriend some day.
