Nah I do. But I was counting this as money that goes into savings account or other investments.
So it's like
1500/month 401k
~ 1400/month cash or other investments

I save approximately 1k/mo give or take.

Emergency Savings - ~12K (10.5K at Betterment 40% stocks 60% bonds and the other 1.5K as a floater in my savings account) Since it's currently funded, I just put in 100/mo.

Generally the rest I save goes to either IRA or my taxable accounts. Since I've maxed out my IRA for this year, I'm just moving the rest to the taxable accounts. Come 2019, I'll invest the max of 6000 into my IRA as early as possible.

Typically I save about 800-1000/mo

I have currently about 20-21k in relatively liquid (2-3) days. And I have about 25k tied up in 457b / IRAs.

I'm 34 and playing catching up with some things right now - divorced for two years so yeah half of the incomes does make things different.

$10,800 gross
- $1200 for 401k and health insurance
- $3000 for federal/state taxes
- $1700 for personal loan I took out for crypto ;(
- $2500 for rent, food, and other living expenses

That leaves me with about $2400 saved each month.
