They don't make any grand promises and are pretty honest about risk, huge cash burn, speculation, etc. If they fooled the underwriters then it would be a spectacular fraud. Long range TA for Canopy Growth Corp. Long projections are not my specialty so this is mostly a guess based on historic price action for Canopy. The meme line I drew on the bottom is very similar to the 200 day SMA but using weekly chart for this. Prices are in Canadian leaf bucks.

If historic pattern holds, Canopy is looking at a few weeks of overall green to come, bull trap, retest support ~41-43 dollars depending on when it gets there, if retest holds it should head back up to fresh ATH for next leg up. One caveat to this is earnings call on November 14th. If that misses, share price could drop straight down to 200 day SMA right away rather than after hypothetical bull trap.
