By the way, anon, trying to hide your assets offshore in this case is a terrible idea because if your wife is a divorce attorney she may find some strange way to press criminal charges against you for fraudulent conveyance. Offshore trusts have a specific purpose and that is to prevent assets that were generated by sales not in the USA from being penetrated by USA courts (this requires that you yourself do not have active residency in the USA), secondly they are useful to protect your intellectual property from frivolous lawsuits. Basically you have two choices: 1) let her put you in the cuck cage and lube your anus for her by making her a joint owner of your accounts (easy way to get raped and you know what to expect) 2. look at Seychelles. I noticed Bitmex is set up there and looked into it. It's very cheap to set up like $100/year but I don't understand enough about exactly what the benefits are. I do remember that their one stipulation is that you can't do business on seychelles to set up this type of company so it would work for you in that sense. it might depend on your state too.
