Many coins are trading sideways within 1%. Do research on XLM. A lot of great things happening or in the works (StellarX, Lightning, IBM, tokens on Stellar protocol, Atomic Swaps, remittances, etc.). That being said, you need to make the choice based on research. Crypto is always speculative at best. I'm holding and I've been in the green since I bought last year. Depends when you bought, what your goals are, and ultimately do you believe in the project or not. Will we see $10/XLM? I think eventually. With a bull rush in the market from a likely ETF, institutional interest increasing, and other Stellar developments, I think within the next 6 months, $1-4/XLM is more likely.

Giving free lumens is a way to get them to use crypto to begin with. Kind of as a small bribe. When they realise how easy it will be for them to use and transfer it they'll be all over it and make it available to purchase goods from them with XLM and will probably be the most used currency for the developing world and will inflate the value of it way further.

Well, thanks for the input frens. Stong arguments about fundamentals, but we all know strong fundamentals does not necessarily dictate stong price action in the cryotosphere. Considering that it is an absolute given that price-action is all we really care about, trying to prove your fundamental reasoning on what makes a token great or bad is asinine. That said, my slightly above average IQ brain knows that volume has hit it's minimum and xlm is gearing up for it's next momentum wave; of which we can almost be certain would be a upward growth. The question is, how much would it go up? And will the wave be the time to sell?
