lefties hate gold companies

>I'm new to the stock market, what stocks should I buy?
Before you buy anything, make a brokerage account and read investopedia articles and/or the books in the OP list. If you don't have a broker, you can't buy stocks, and if you blindly buy things without understanding how the stock market works or doing any research on the individual stocks you're buying, you will lose money and it will be entirely your fault.

Saudi Arabia thing is done. Amazon and Google earnings are over. We'll get a slow uptrend going now.

If Dis is under $100 at deal close you get 0.60 Dis share. Either way you win cause Fox is going for $45 while Dis is at $118. Drip would round up that fraction over time.

Hey dumbfuck, that may be the one single thing "lefties" are doing right, but I'm pretty sure those Soros-owned antifa cunts have nothing to do with gold activism anyway.

Anti-gold mining activism is always local, exactly how it was with fracking. The people whose aquifers are fucked by these processes have every right to be mad. Potable water is becoming more and more a rarity even for the developed world, meanwhile gold is only useful as a conductor (for which it's way too expensive anyway) or a store of value for ape-brained boomers.

No book can do anything to help you in itself, the use of reading books written by philosophers/self-help authors is to give you the motivation/an approach to improve yourself
Using philosophers' writings to improve yourself is just a smarter looking/more socially acceptable version of reading self-help books, in my opinion

Banks in the eurozone are required to have a net balance of cash of zero at each of day. They can do it in several ways: deposit the excess at the ECB, lend it to bank with negative balance and hoard it in paper cash.

Negative Euribor rates suggest banks have too many liquidities because they simply don't have demand for credits

So normally, low rates are meant to boost the economy by facilitating credit so that companies can start new projects.

Recently, instead of showing strong GDP figures, they came out as sluggish, meaning companies don't need more credits, even at dirt cheap rates... so tell me how demand for credits (and thus bank profits) is going to strengthen with a rate hike ?

And let's not forget the effect of higher rates on the prices of eurobonds the banks have plenty of (especially those issued by Italy/Greece/Spain/Portugal)

What do you faggots think about buying stock of companies that sell crypto currency? For example Netcoins provides a way for people to buy crypto at random locations (stores, cafes, gas stations, etc) with about 170,000 new locations literally just announced. $15 mil marketcap and did $4m in revenue last month alone iirc. They make money off fees and their OTC desk. Also rumoured to be in touch with banks and hedge funds. Could be a good play but at the same time it's not really diversifying from crypto

Was tempted to sell at 0.90, but I held off. Was waiting for it to hit $1 per. Would've pocketed $1000.00. Minus the $350 investment. I would be left with $650 profit. Not bad. I was thinking the other day about why I’m not successful. I never figured it out but I did have a terrible thought.
What if the world has been turned on it’s head and made to be NPC friendly. A world where all they have to do is regurgitate the right answer. A perfect world for the zombie.
I remembered in high school and some college that I never brought a book home to study. I realized that all I had to do was memorize the answers. It would be so cookie cutter that sometimes I could remember the shape of the paragraph and I could get the answer right without reading. It was all just repetition. Even in classes that were supposed to be creative like English comp all the themes we explored had already be done and redone.
It’s like we’ve reached a plateau of innovation. Everything that’s created now is just a reinvention or improvement of something else. Even something as revolutionary as the iPhone is just several previous inventions miniaturized and combined into one device, on a basic level anyway.
So we now live in a world where there’s no need to innovate, just regurgitate. Cutting edge is just an improvement over something previous (see vidya).
That makes the perfect world for the NPC. They simply go to college, repeat what’s said, then get a six figure job as a parrot in thier respective field. Every industry is stale and has been for a generation or more. Those that think have been laughed at for decades now. The world has been slowly dumbed down to fit the NPC.
Not sure if this makes sense or not. I’m just now exploring this idea. Sorry if it sounds stupid. I just feel like I’m living in a world that’s been created simply for the lobotomized. Every time I pass a McMansion, garage open, and see the same toys, the same clothes, the same cars, everything the same. I always think “how can they live being exactly the same as someone else?” The only thing that’s answered that question is that they’re an NPC.

One of my favorite movies is Father Goose. At one point Leslie Caron asks Cary Grant why he, an obvious intellectual, is living on a dirty yacht in the South Pacific. He looks at her and says “the necktie.” He explained that he was a college professor. One day he got in trouble for not wearing a necktie to teach class. Then he noticed they were all wearing neckties. And they were all going the same direction despite where they said they were going.
Fourth years later we call them NPCs and the world is infested with them.
Anyway I’ll shut up now but it really is a cute movie. A lot of innocent fun. Maybe comfy can stream it one night.

LCI is among the S&P Small Cap 600. If it loses that status, which given what happened to it that seems likely, the institutional investors will sell their shares.

This will trigger a sell off. Shorts will cover. They'll stop flooding it with shit new to keep it lower.

And then it will become a great buy likely to moon.

Where am I wrong, LCIguy?

Conformity is being selected for. Think about who used to go to college and got into the best colleges, brainy people with a love for their subjects. Who gets into the best colleges now? "Achievers", people who try to do whatever society deems is best and project each of their features to be in line with the eigenvector of success. Being a doctor is regarded as socially respectable so they do it because it is considered the best job for being considered a successful person. In academia, these people tow the party line and make tiny incremental improvements without any ideas that are truly revolutionary. Selfish drones with no love for anything but being considered the best drones is what our society values.

Fox shareholders will receive a number of Disney shares equal to $38 in value if the average Disney stock price at closing is between $93.53 and $114.32. 21st Century Fox shareholders will receive an exchange ratio of 0.3324 shares of Disney common stock if the average Disney stock price at closing is above $114.32 and 0.4063 shares of Disney common stock if the average Disney stock price at closing is below $93.53.

Immediately after he takes office.
Watch the FDI, illicit money and companies leave Brazil ASAP to avoid getting burnt.
This is not the 1st time this occurred in a sovereign nation this year.
Just look at what happened when Mahathir won the Malaysian elections for the opposition and the fallout after.

Brazilian stocks are too over-pump'd at this point.

I picked it up at 1.55, on the worst days it seems to top out at 290. With the shitty spread you can probably sell them at 270-280. This is for a 45 put 1/18/19. These country ETF's are quite the beast to wrestle with. Make sure to see what companies are held in the ETF as well.
