so some gay law firm just announced they're suing a bunch of companies

I used to be a car salsman and I know how janky it is. Is 1.3T in auto debt enough to crash this all?

Has everything really just been propped up on dreams this entire time?

Is this like the early 1900s where they let the glory days run well past what they were sufficiently able to?

the neoliberal economy is based on debt
which is why there are cyclic crises every decade or so

some guy called Karl noticed many decades ago, though apparently he believed that these crisis would lead to the destruction of capitalism, which, sadly, they do not
I remember reading that these crisis have become more regular after the 80s/90s, which is why I said >>11539465

I don't agree with communism, but its fascinating how we allow our society to leverage themselves to such an extent.

I'm not entirely sure how I feel about being able to finance cars/homes/beats headphones... I've even seen a dog that was being financed on a credit report... And he was behind on the payment. Imagine your dog getting fucking repoed.

But to the point I do believe debt is a good thing and offers us many opportunities... but to what extent?

Sure it gives a exponential amount of money to kinda help run the world a little bit smoother but we can't have a system where the cat just keeps getting kicked down the road.

Is there anyway such a way of life could be sustained?
