Can anybody just tell me what the fuck (and how) happened?

>> No.11528972

I didn't buy nimiq. I didn't buy quant. I'm so stupid to have gone all in link.

>> No.11529023

What's the thought here? I want to sell some of my (relatively modest) stack but it looks to me as if it's gonna pump a little higher. HitBTC has big buy support from 38sat and down, although dunno if those are fake walls

This was already a long-term hold for me so after a 100% pump (well now 60%), I'm tempted to unload for a bit of profit but at the same time, it's only like 0.02 BTC worth total, so....almost rather just hold on to it in hopes of a higher moon in the future, even at the risk of it dumping back to where it was.

Mined a measly 100k so far. It's just chump change still so I'm just gonna let it ride and see where this shit goes in the next year. Still find it crazy that people bought into an ico for this CPU mining coin.

>> No.11529171

>>11529098
ok then that’s what I’m thinking as well.....bc I only have 32k :)) and I was mining for a couple months at least on a Ryzen

>> No.11529222

will this shit go back down ? or is it gonna be moon onwards?

i cant explain why the sudden pump, it's been 12 hrs on constant upward trend now, when will it ever fucking end?

>>11528820
OMFG.
I don't have nimiq.

better to have lost it completely than having been caught with your pants down halfway thru accumulation

>> No.11529580

FUCK I was literally gonna buy up to 100k 2 days ago. I only have 44k NIM right now. Once again I've fucked myself by procrastinating.

If I'm not wrong there was a post that got me in NIM that was about helping Venezuela.
Where can I buy Nim?
Also, how bad is a hashrate of 120 H/s?

>> No.11529819

>how bad is a hashrate of 120 H/s?
pretty terrible. i don't think you'll even get 1 nim a day with that

>> No.11529846

Nimiq isn't just a cpumining coin. Check the roadmap

>> No.11529847

>>11529819
Do you know how can I increase it?
Or maybe just buying nimiq?
I'm really interested in this project, it seems so easy!

Have to purchase with ETH or BTC. Place with most volume is HitBTC but their withdrawal fee sucks, TradeSatoshi is in maintenance mode right now so you can't withdraw right now.

Nimex is the best for ETH if you don't mind the low volume

>> No.11529878

I think the standalone miner gives a lot better hashrate than the browser one so make sure use that. Even still one shitty CPU isnt going to net you that much nimiq. You need to use sushipools tutorials on setting up google vps using the free trials n shit. I'd still buy some in the meantime but maybe wait a bit to see if it dips back down closer to .002

/biz/ was warned about this coin during the last 3 months and did nothing while it's the ULTIMATE coin to shill to NPCs and has absolutely epic fundamentals.

>>11529719
I know from first hand that there is quite a lot of /biz/raelis who bought from the shill that was done here.

The team is touring several conventions.
The mainnet's hashrate is breaking "personal" records.

But regardless, let's all agree not to mention NIM until 2019, thanks.

>CPU coin
What the fuck, the fact that it is cpu mining is huge. the argon2 hash function apparently is just as efficient if not better than gpu's because of the high frequency of memory access that is required to execute the hashing function, which means it excludes all the big dick gpu miner farms can't start on it which effectively makes it a new bitcoin yea

>> No.11531026

I have a shit ton of nimiq. See this thread, get all excited and shit. Check the price and I still horribly underwater from February.

any experience trader can guesstimate at what price will this coin stabilize?

go to sushipool and download the ubuntu distro with miner build in put it on a usb and boot from there. It will utilize your cpu most efficiently. It's really easy.
