You cant. Time to seriously evaluate your life, its not working. Some people can cope with sleeping 6 hours a night, but 3 hours a night? Do that for a few weeks and you will unironically start killing off your brain cells. Go for a long time without getting at least 7 hours of sleep a night, you will shave years, perhaps even decades off your life. You will physically age at an accelerated rate, high blood pressure, elevated cancer, organ dysfunction+shutdown, etc. Sleep is VERY important

yes and no. good luck actually sleeping for 20 minutes without over sleeping. either you set an alarm but spend some of that time falling asleep, or you oversleep and fuck it up. also you have to stay busy to stay awake the rest of the time, and playing Vidya doesn't work, you'll fall asleep playing

what did work pretty well for me was abandoning 24 hour days, and sleeping in 45, 90, 150, 210, 270 or 330 minute increments every 6-18 hours, with 1 11 hour binge every week or two to catch up on REM. you have to feel out when to sleep and for how long, but you can always push yourself to stay up longer, with the consequence of needing more or longer sleep sessions in the future.

I worked a graveyard shift (12-5 or 8) and a swing shift (10-4 or 4-10), about 8 or 9 shifts a week, sometimes 10. felt pretty weird some of the time, but I performed well at both jobs 95% of the time.

most often I would aim for 1.5-3.5 hours every 10-14 hours, but I went 18-20 hours without more than a 20 minute nap about twice a week. I felt like I was on a 30 hour day.

Unironically, some sort of stimulant. You will 'function' but it isn't a sustainable practice AT ALL. Modafinil and armodafinil are both designed for the exact purpose of waking you up and keeping you awake. If you don't want to procure either one of those, buy some caffeine tablets. I recommend 100mg caffeine (half a tab) in the morning with plenty of water and a light breakfast.

the body is not an open loop system, tard.

insulin (released upon carbs hitting your stomach) signals to store a portion of the calories you eat, before they ever get absorbed into your bloodstream. those calories are not available to be burned, they are stored as fat.

leptin (released upon fats hitting your duodenum, the part after your stomach) signals your body that there is ample nutrition available in the environment, so it is safe to burn your fat reserves. this signal happens AFTER the insulin signal, so if you are eating carbs every meal your body is storing a percentage of your intake as fat, even if leptin comes along and signals AOk 20-45 minutes later when your stomach sends it's contents along

so it's (still oversimplified):
calories_in(available) + calories_in(stored)I - calories out(available).

it takes something like 10 hours of no carbs for the insulin signal to decay completely, so most Americans never get to that point, and store energy no matter how little they eat. you just have less energy, unless you eat more so that your calories_in(available) matches your calories out.

I spent most of high school with horrific insomnia, getting 4 or less hours most nights. It's not a road you want to go down. Adrafinil is the much less efficient derivitive form. This is because of the following:

Adrafinil -> modafinil -> neurotransmitters
Vs
Modafinil -> neurotransmitters

So yeah moda or armo will definitely have mor effect. A lot of people report that adradinil is just out right not even effective even in the larger (required for effectiveness) quantities.
