ICOs did dumped, hype got toend down, it did failed to "flippen?", but it still haves some unique properties and bigest developers stack -make no mistake it can just go on new run repeating everything again...

I dont see it as direct competitor to stellar anyway, it compeats whit shit like EOS (21 producesrs, dpos fail 2.0, bitshares 3.0) and cardano (before shelly i have 0 opinion on all paperwork they did lol).
