A degree in comp sci isn't worth shit unless you taught yourself some valuable qualifications. In a comp sci degree the kids barely learn the basics of java programming. Take a genetics / biochem course where you do PCR type shit so (and learn it well) even lie to the lab ta and say you messed up (even if you do it right the first time) to get extra practice so you can do it again so you can say you have experience on your resume/CV. Undergrad CS is the worst preparation for graduate study there is. Most top programs advise you study something else (EE/CpE/Math/Stats) in undergrad before heading into a CS masters/PhD program.
