What's the best/easiest/fastest way to trade my XLM for wage cuck bucks? I need to pay some bills

fastest is hop on a plane to south east asia where they have some stellar ATMs. easiest imo is convert to bitcoin or something and sell for fiat on coinbase/gemini and cash out to bank but that will take days.
i think theres now fiat anchors you can use to deposit fiat into stellarx.com, maybe you can also use them to cash out? I haven't tried
