There isn’t. I researched quite a few things into the dopaminergic system and it’s effects within cognition enhancing drugs. Tolerance doesn’t exist once you reset it with chelated magnesium - has to be chelated. It lets substrates bind to the receptor and “resets” the neutral kick that comes up. Increased cognition, memory, wakefulness, reflexes, focus, clarity, and awareness. Dopamine, serotonin, noradrenaline, norepinephrine.

The effect of poisoning is in doses stupid high - like - 1+ grams. It’s taken in mg. Also. Unlike methamphetamine - amphetamine doesn’t warm the inhibitors - it just does it’s thing then detaches and leaves. The reason meth is so much stronger and addictive is the fact it literally changes the shape of the receptor in dopamine. It’s why meth addiction can literally burn out the receptors for dopamine - black charring in their brain - saw pictures from my bio prof - and it physically distorts the shape so that means eventually meth will permanently make you unable to get dopamine attaches - aka you’ll never feel happy. Ever. Amphetamine doesn’t do this - which is why it’s used to treat ADHD. It’s weaker than meth but honestly why say it’s weak when it’s usage is a tool while meth fucks you up.
