I won't totally disagree with you but I told my friends, one of which was a gambling addict that constantly said "I wish I was rich" despite taking no steps in the right direction. I told these friends that Monero is literally a lottery ticket with good odds. They wouldn't play. Two did but didn't ride to the top for lottery level winnings. In many cases it did take a bit of knowledge, effort and risk to make money.

You also need luck; my boss inherited his business from his father, works at it and various other projects literally from sunup to sundown and still is nowhere near a rich person.
