I'm searching for a site that shows housing statistics of each area, seen it on /biz a few times, but can't find it. Would appreciate a link.

Btw when will we see a burst of this insane bubble? eurofag here...

Never, there's a huge influx of migrating workers hitting Europe, all need accomodation and are competing with the native residents. Europe is also a hub for great universities and the like where many foreign students go to study, this demand is only increasing for now. I don't really see a housing bubble pop coming, nor do I really think it is in a bubble in Europe.

Maybe in 5-10 years when internet jobs are more normal and there is no need for people to all clusterfuck together into suburbs so they have access to the place they work. If you want cheap housing go East but there's probably a reason it is so cheap.

Europe is probably going to get very crowded, so it might be safe to invest in places that will refrain from overcrowding but that's a big gamble.

Agree, buying a condo would be a good long term investment, but still looking for a micro decrease in price, hopefully impending crisis will create a sellers housing market
