Its somewhat B/s its the Notional value of all the derivatives. However most are cash settled and never executed. They are an interesting way to move money around.

Options, Futures, Swaps, Collateralized Securities etc...

actual credit risk is estimated between 21 and 3.3 trillion or
210 - 33 squares

many of them represent the same assets changing hands multiple times. Still important to know where the big fish play and make their money.
ps. not shitcoin.

Dayum

Why would they still include it if they represent the same assets?

No anon you are just an individual. Being labeled "Successful or Unsuccessful" by someone else just like you and me doesn't make it valid. Guess who the most successful people really are? They sure as shit aren't model citizens.

>> No.1138976

Succesful people have their paths so handed that they can be perfect snowflake models of society until something bad happens then they turn even worse than those unsuccesful people

About a decade ago, I was in a business class with a true nip professor, Professor Hideki. He talked often about Ikigai and proper management of a business.

One thing that I'll always remember is him calling a girl stupid for saying that she wanted to invest in "green" or "nature friendly" investments, and have a company that was willing to take some loss toward that end.

"Green stocks stupid. No make money. Lose to competition. No become big ah boss. Responsibility is to shareholdah. Shareholdah number one! Then employee, then errybody else. Company serve shareholdah."

His English was just that perfect level of Engrish to make him almost comical, but the guy was incredibly focused and smart. Before coming to the states to teach, he did economic redevelopment in small Japanese communities and towns that were underperforming. Sad thing is, you'd never see people like that in today's college's, with all the crybabies.
