Brazil has one of the highest crime and murder rates in the world (the northeast especially). The solution to the problem is obvious: to unleash the police, to enact tougher laws, etc. China would have high crime rates too if it weren't for it's tough stance against criminals. Countries need governments that respond to to crime with proportional strength. Currently, it seems that Brazil tries to fight Latin American-style organized crime crime with Scandinavian law enforcement, which obviously doesn't work. This needs to change.

Yes, I absolutely trust the police to do its job. The more criminals they kill, the better. I'm Brazilian though I've been living in the US for past ten years. I've seen how things work here. Police in the US is way tougher than Brazil's still they are much more trust. Cops here are more independent and empowered. They're also much quicker to pull the trigger if they feel that their life is under threat. And they almost always get away with it because the legal system protects them.

The result? Infinitely lower crime rates. I feel safe here, and it's thanks to the police and their guns. Let's build a better world, let's start sending that scum to hell ASAP. Crime and violence are in part driven by biological factors. For some people, there's nothing you can do but to remove them from the gene pool (or to keep them imprisoned).

>Mentality problem
Lmao wtf

>It will never change because people in Latin America never change
What the fuck was that argument?

People DO change. Brazil (and Latin America in general) had way lower crime rates until the 1950. Do you know why? Because most people lived in rural areas where there was greater social control (read: it was easier to police), like small towns. People were more religious also, and family structure was more stable (lower divorce rates, better care for the kids, etc.) In other words, people were better regulated by local institutions. Everything changed with out of control urbanization (1970s). The government lost control, and people began to settle in irregular areas. It's totally possible to fix the problem, we only need tougher laws and law enforcement for 20 to 30 years until people learn to self regulate.

Violent crime can be considered a civil matter in China, Japan, and Korea. Police there are notoriously worthless unless enforcing some bullshit edict of the state. (Cracking down on labor unions, speech, etc.) Sometimes you beat the shit out of someone or hit them with your car and the police don't want to be bothered, so they just make you "promise" to repay the family or the victim's hospital bills.

Japanese police regularly just blame women for rape and don't report it. Not out of any grudge or prejudice against women, just "You're not my family so I don't give a shit. Let me go nap and collect my government paycheck."

Even factoring that - all of them are extremely safe countries for going out at night and so on.

Jews are the most right-wing/Nazi-ish religion/ethnic group possible if left to their own devices. (Israel).

They're only liberal when it benefits them (in EU or USA) because DERP, they're a minority there. Of course you want the state to be more amenable and equitable to all ethnic groups, because you're a minority. Another minority can take you out or usurp your influence - so "equality" will be implemented.

You'd have to be an idiot not to. If you were a white person in Asia you can't justify your own equality when they don't give a shit about giving it to their actual indigenous minorities. You'd have to call it "for all". And then do your own thing.

>Are they implying the population doesn't know better or has the right to decide what's best for them?

They literally do. I'm from Germany, and even here leftist journalists whine about the election in Brazil. In 'Die Zeit', a guy literally made that argument: The poor, brown and black masses are voting against 'their interests' which he considered to be more government control, more welfare and identity politics.

Only the white privileged classes are cunningly voting for the next Hitler because it serves their evil interests, but all those poor brown and black people they just don't know what they are doing. It's the kind of crypto-marxism that has infiltrated the politcal mainstream in my country:

If you are poor and/or non-white you are not an individual anymore, you are part of a class that only has class interests, and guess who knows your class interests better than yourself: That sociology student that now writes for 'Die Zeit'. Reading Marx and Adorno has enabled him to figure out what's right for you, and if you fail to realize it he might have to force you for your own good.

>praising a fascist
fascist doesn't have the same meaning it used to.
If he liberalizes the economy I think things will be fine. Globalists don't care about people outside of being economic units anyway.

Fascism is the only thing that can save a brown socialist slum like Brazil.
By the way you are already killing each others at a super high rate Joao so I don't know wtf you are afraid about, unless you are a criminal yourself.

The patronizing tone of european journalists (who are at 95% champagne socialists and neoliberals) is so infuriating.
Worst part is that where I live they are massively subsidized so I basically pay taxes for these smug sºyboys and roasties to virtue signal and patronize people on the other side of the planets, makes me sick and angry when I think about it.
