lol i work at a real estate company and I am learning a shit ton. A lot more than my university ever taught me.
I just started and make 60k a year salary + commissions on deals.

After a few years of doing this, I can probably leave and start my own business and just buy properties for myself to own.

Its nice to because I have all this extra income to buy XLM with and I have been funneling my 401k into crypto instead.
