look at 1d chart, upward momentum starting at 7/23, i think we have one more pump to around 5.5k in a few days and test resistance, if it doesnt break it, we're going down

Pumps that happen as non events do. Don't get me wrong it seems like a good month for link but this event is nothing. Still, be careful.

hadn't refreshed. no real tips other than to sell on days where you're +10% or more. sell a small percentage of your stack (25% maybe to start) until you get more confident in your ability to NOT fomo. that's the only fucking thing you have to do - not fomo in or out of positions.
sell on +10% days, set a buy order for 6-8% lower than what you sold for, and wait until the order fills.
i sold some yesterday (in ETH, not BTC) around the 5.5k sat range and it surged up to 6.7. i could have fucked myself if i thought "oh no, im gonna miss the bus!" you won't. all big pumps retrace.
