All these fucking months nas has been saying plenty of time to swap dont worry about it. Now theres an 11 day time limit.

I know, its sort of worrying. The good news is that a ton of holders have probably forgotten about this and they will not convert. That means that all of the existing NAS that did convert will be more valuable - basically a token burn. But it does seem underhanded - they did similar shit when they had exchanges doing the conversion earlier this year. you had like 1 week to get tokens on the exchanges and then they locked.
