I fucking knew about ethereum in 2016 yet i was too stubborn to invest. How do i live my life knowing i missed the only opportunity in my life to be megarich?

>> No.11248264

i knew about btc in 2011 and didnt own my first crypto until this year

>> No.11248275

in 2018 you knew about LINK
in 2020 you will post again, what will it be OP

Yea but it was different with eth. It was such a brilliant idea and seeing the past performance of btc should have been the biggest flag to go balls deep. Btc in 2011 was a joke

I had 50k USD worth of Trumpcoin in early 2016. Let that sink in, that’s not 50k USD “my parents could have given me” sob story dependent on tens of variables. I had the money ON yobit, I knew how cryptos worked, I knew about hodling, I knew about the ETH enterprise alliance and I have a folder of vitalik memes.

Anyways not to go into the details I made lots of poor decisions and currently my net worth is 45k. So let that sink in.

50k in crypto two years ago, 45k in crypto now.

i know this feel
When i heard about eth i thought it's just another shitcoin, because it had (potentially) unlimited supply, unlike btc. I remember that was the thing that turned me off from eth. Now I want to kms every day because i have probably missed my only real opportunity to escape poverty.

Could have been a millionaire selling dgb at all time high. Coss at ath.
All the other shitcoins.
Guess what we didn't sell.
What about the tons of people who didn't sell in January. Everyone is a genius in a bull market.

I remember seeing Ethereum threads on here and thinking hmm what is that. But them Trump Coin and LePen Cojn and other shit and wound up ignoring all of it.

If someone sold @ ath it means that someone also bought the bags @ ath.

Imagine buying btc @ 19k.
Imagine buying bitconeeeect @ 300

What if these people absolutely ruined their lives or even killed themselves? Is it the price one has to pay for /making it/ in crypto, that it's all just a zero-sum game and someone's success equals financial ruin for someone else?

What if these bagholders decide to find and kill those who sold them the ath bags. Might be impossible if it happened through exchange. But if you're absolutely JUST'ed you have nothing to lose.

>>11248357

>purchased 6850 in 2011 to play Skyrim and F3:NV
>didn't mine anything because i was a clueless wagie and didn't know anything about btc until it was too late

My vidya addiction almost saved me. The opportunity was right there i was too blind to see it.

It's like these drug addicts who purchased btc to buy shit from Silk Road, forgot about left-overs and suddenly got rich in 2017.

Only in my case it didn't work out...

>> No.11248477

wtf is this mindset that is somehow the seller fault that the stupid buyer got stuck bagholding? no one forced him to put his $ on crypto, much less buy ATH like a retard. Brainlets always pay the price of stupidity in trading

Bro what are you talking about, eth has only gone x20 from 2016 at this price level. Do you have any idea how many coins I've known about in the last year that have went x10, x20, x100 ? i can tell from your post that you have severe issues with reading comprehension and will never make it. The fact that it's a zero-sum game doesn't imply that sellers are to blame.

there were a million shitcoins that went to zero before eth. the real red flag was the ethereum enterprise alliance but even that was already news when it was really cheap after being expensive (late 2016 early 2017) the dao hack and handling of the hard fork was a mess and exposed ethereum as subject to political manipulation. you're looking at it with bias now that it went to 1000 dollars, but it was a shitcoin then and it's a shitcoin now

OP if it makes you feel better, I was going to buy in to Bit Coin right before the M Gox BS happen. Back then I was in to drinking and banging sluts. So even if I would have bought in I would have sold as soon as it went up. I am at the right place at the right time and in the right mind set now. Its not late yet, this ride is about a quarter of the way there. There are still gains to be made if you know what your doing.

2018 EOS is 2016 ETH

idgaf if you think it's a scam shitcoin. Everyone thought the same of ETH at the time, including me. I bought like 800 anyway.

if you don't buy here's your 2020 post is going to look like:
