nano and eos are both instant and feeless. Eos can do dapps but is inflationary and centralized. Nano is deflationary and also fully decentralized. Both scale to extreme levels. Its largely whats responsible for the housing bubble in canada and australia. Chinks want to get their money out so bad but the only way they can is through foreign real estate purchases. They dont actually want houses in bumfuck nowhere, they just dont have any other options. Monero will give them an option that is portable, fungible, divisible, fast and easy.
