I really struggle buying stocks at this moment.
Every stock is expensive and inflationary overrated due to the Fed's cheap money poltics.

So i was thinking about dollar cost average on Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Stock shares and also one residential housing offering company here in germany who rents to wagecucks.

So all three of the companies are paying dividend. But im not sure if i should cost average all 3. Im uncertain about the European system and Italy. Also im not sure what the housing market in Europe will do in the next 5 Years. if it keeps getting up more and more people cant rent or buy a house / appartment...

Also the situation right now where nearly every state on this planet has a right wing awakening is really concerning me about also investing in Lockheed martin...

There's no point trying to seek 'certainty' over whole sectors and jurisdictions.

The most you can do as a retail investor is study the operating history of the company you want to buy, and ask yourself what are the prospects for the company's organic growth.

You have to read annual reports.
