I once saw a supposed blog from someone who claimed to be a scientist in a US based "non ethical" lab. They did experiments on kidnapped homeless, druggies etc. Was pretty convincing. Detailed. Photos. Have never forgotten about that.

Deep web has been dead since the expansion of Exectuive Order 12333, which was signed by the Obama Administration, allowing the NSA to share unadulterated info to other domestic agencies, such as the FBI, DEA, or CIA without any oversight.

Half a year later, the biggest markets: Alphabay and Hansa were taken down in a delayed, 1-2, hit. How coincidental huh!

TOR and the deepweb were once considered unbreakable tech, but it's always been crackable by the NSA imo. And now they're able to share that info with anyone they deem should be allowed to have it.

So until uncensorable dApps and more ENS domain names like darkmarket.eth hit the scene, buying and selling drugs on the dark web is dead.

And this isn't to say that you "can't" co-ordinate purchases and shipments of drugs over TOR any more. Just that it's FAR LESS popular (the darknetmarkets subreddit got shut down) and the most stable and well known markets are now gone.

Things are far different. If you wanna do any real big - boy business nowadays, well, it'd be best to live while looking over your shoulder.
