Debt is good if the company is confident in achieving growth (adjusted for the cost of debts)
Debt is bad if it does nothing to increase the company economic value

A good example of the latter is the majority of chink companies. Some of them boast positive and growing profits but their debts are balooning faster. They usually do an IPO abroad to steal money from gullible gweilo """investors"""
