How exactly do you seize property from the rightful owners "lawfully," and who feeds your 55-70 million 9no one really knows the population) when 10% of taxpayers are already paying for the other 90% as the students burn down libraries demanding more gibs and a "decolonized education." So the economy goes to complete hell. It's basically free money for those who have enough to short it now since it would be very "Racist" for the ratings agencies (which should have downgraded it to junk about a decade ago) to downgrade it even further.

Personal use was recently legalized, commercial should follow as soon as they realize they need another cash cow to drain. Production here would be so cheap that profit from international slaes could be huge. But obviously capital intensive to do this on a large enough scale.
