It looks too soft and comfortable right now. Im not a photoshop guy but I have some ideas:

Add "horse blinders" to the back of the chair so the worker keep a clear focus on the task at hand.

Add a toilet tube that is connected to a grid in the floor, so the sometimes mentioned bathroom lamp I have seen is not needed.

have some kind of semi-random reward when the wagie keeps production over a certain ratio. When it's aboe 10%, there is a 50% chance for a 5 min extra break, when it's above 12% there is a 60% chance for a small chocolate bar to be dropped from a sealed container and so on. The uncertaintiy will keep him motivated
