I had the equivalent of ten million USD stored in real estate property in Iran, which would be granted to me upon inheritance. The inflation rate splits the IRR/USD exchange rate into crazy low rates, almost half every year since 2014, cutting my ten million into like 1-3 million at this point. I could have sold a long time ago, but decided to develop a land in 2014 and sell the property higher or rent it (stupid I know, i thought obongo deal would help economy). Now, with trump in office and neocons and jews attempting to ruin the Iranian religious regime, I don't know whether I should sell at a huge loss or continue to HODL this prime real estate through the storm that is to come.
