Bleed on it. If anyone asks you cut yourself and they should feel sorry for you, not blame you.

Use electric stove lighter. But that method is known for decades.

Put the max tdp
Set a low fan speed
And mine something on equihash
Then wait a week max to see results

oh in that case microwave it for 1-2 seconds (not long some elco will explode)!
we do that from time to time before returning electronics with "doesn't work"

>> No.11096072

>>11096061
wont work, modern gpus just thermal throttle themselves and shut down before damage. thats why sugar in the gas tank is the best way

Warranty scam? Good luck with that.

Most cards will record settings in non-volatile memory when they start overheating, so the manufacturer can prove it's the user's fault.

You'd have to cool the chips that hold the temperature sensors and overheat everything else. But that probably leaves traces too, if you can even manage to do it.

>> No.11096080

>>11096077
manufacturer could prove it but they will never ever bother looking into it. unless a lot of returns happen from a single series. these complaints are handled rather automatically.

Already done ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

this. this should destroy the connections from the GPU chip to the board

how about you don't fuck with the settings at all, just use a hairdryer to supply hot air for the intake. the fans will not be able to make a thermal difference above room temperature and shit will melt seemingly during normal operation.
