Put it in safe investments and take 100k of the post-inflation profits to live off of. I don't know if I would crave more money, or just enjoy life off in some ranch up in the Northwest. I'd probably attend college part-time while living out of a normal suburban house. Maybe use some of that 100k a year to start a business.
