Is it wrong to accept a promotion if I don't plan on staying with a company for much longer?
So my boss offered me a promotion with a $0.30 pay increase but I'm trying to leave the company asap. They even plan on going through the trouble to train me for the position. I feel pretty bad since I do like my boss, but I don't really want to keep this job for much longer, plus the jobs I'm trying to get will pay 50% to 70% more.

Lmao 0.30 cents I just got two $1 raises in my first four months the first raise was supposed to be 50 cents until I told him that's laughable

Just tell them you don't plan on staying much longer, maybe they will fire you on the spot.

Also
>$0.30
Why are you even posting?

They wouldn't, the company has been losing a lot of employees, so we're already a bit understaffed.
And yeah, the pay is shit and the work makes me want to blow my brains out, which is why I want to leave.
