If there's going to be a SoV dapp, it's not going to be a BTC knock off. You can be a hell of a lot more innovative with smart contracts than PoW.

You could have a minimum lock up period after each trade that gets longer every time you trade and burn half the txn fee. Just one example off the top of my dome.

Bitcoin doesn't interact with Ethereum smart contracts. And its potential for growth is much lower. Low marketcap coins are how you get filthy rich.

I think dapps have a lot of future, and I think the blockchain with or without coins) will be revolutionary for many fields where trust and automation are essential. You could even program a mortgage in a dApp.
