This. Not so much about what to do, but more about how.
How to find a broker. What makes a good broker. How to send "real" money into the stock market, and how to send back "number money" from the market back to "real money" I can use to buy real stuff.

Daily life tips would also be nice.
I grew up in a family that just went from month to month financially so I have no idea how to securely handle my income other than put it in the bank where I can access it whenever I want. All these snakeoil investments are scary because it can disappear and there's nothing I can do to get it back.

also some other stuff like how to exchange currency rather than use the expensive price of currency exchange desks at the airport.
Use of taxi vs. public transportation (I have in mind taxi are more expensive but faster. Compare opportunity cost of 45 more minutes in public transportation rather than faster taxi)

Like how to be "rich smart". I'm good at school but I'm not "street smart". Some people can just walk in a city and get all the weed they want and find a couch to crash. I want to know the pattern of similar behavior except for the people who are used to handle wealth.

I mean I know the guideline and I know how to follow a budget. What I don't know is how to walk in a bank, ask how to send a percentage of my savings in stocks and how to trade those stocks from home.

I'm rather shy and not very smooth at talking. Add to this that I don't know stock trading / forex lingo and I'll get ripped off by my (((bank councilor)))

Somehow this.
It is more like how to actually do the stuff.
When the time comes to bring it into practice.
Theory and real life are often a little different.

Often I knew what to do and did it and git what I wanted.
But, there were mostly small "that would be good to knew beforehand / nobody lost a word about that small thing ...." things.

I've checked the brokers advised in the /smg/ for europe.
EVERYTHING is better then bank.
It doesn't matter what topic, if someone else besides a bank can provide a service, you should not use a bank.
Fucked up and stupid fees.

Indeed. Now you should find a comfy percentage on your income you are willing to risk.

Just buy SP500 ETF every month forever as passive investing.

Day trade with what you are willing to lose.

I was thinking of 2 or 3 picked stocks, 500€ each.
And the rest I can afford in ETFs.

Also 100-150oz Silver and 2-3oz Gold as long term goal stashed away.

+ getting a licence to posess weapons.

Is there anything else investment related one should have?

Basi question, markets are down and i guess will continue to fall. Should i buy or wait for it to turn around? I anticipated a fall and bought some books about it but the crash happened before i read the first book.

Not self-employed yet. I'm an engineer with an automotive company.
But I'm building my own company on the side which will hopefully grow in time and allow me to quit my job.
Are you german too? Maybe I might help with some gun-related info. It's my biggest hobby.

Time in the market beats timing the market. I am not expecting a recession until the beginning of 2020. Just save, invest soundly and reinvest the dividends.

Later this year I will start with an Waffenschulung to beginn with.
Waffenschein will come next year I think.
I'm also about to become self employed. At least crypto and 1-year hodl rule is helping me with that.

We are entering the last Wave 5 of the bull market. So expect a top around 3100ish then 2-3 years bear market, for a return to Mars next decade with 10 000 in sight for SP500 and 100k for US30.

Permabullibull. Just buy.

Self employed as what?
I'm trying to build a "tacticool" company. Meaning that in the beginning I will manufacture equipment for the police and the private American market and after becoming a licensed gun manufacturer even guns. Although they will not necessarily be "tactical"

fitness and coaching full blown in the /sig/ area (self improvement general as known from fit or pol (without the autistic stuff))
Not the usual 0815 textbook "improve just enough to still be a normie wagie/sheeple" shit.
Give me a quarter from the last december bullrun and I'm good to go without worries.

Tacticool for real guns in our area? Phew, but airsoft is pretty huge.
Producing the stuff yourself or somewhere else?

Are emergency funds a meme for plebs? If I have a 30k Credit card limit do I really need an emergency fund ?

In what scenarios am I going to tap a emergency savings account that I couldn’t use credit on?

A true emergency like natural disaster I’m not gonna go to the bank and cash out. I’d need it in a shoe box under the bed.

I'm producing myself and it's not limited to our area. You couldn't build a big company in this rather small market.
And by myself I am talking full blown production CNC/ injection moulding.

I also monitor the /sig/- threads, but they are seldom good. Maybe because I'm not in the target group.
Seems like I'm overqualified for the /pol/-/Sig/.

Having some cash ready for a rainy day always helps. I keep enough for 5 months worth of bills and 1 old car.
