To be honest this shows a fatal flaw in bitcoin to me. If someone can make this website it must be easy to load all of this in an excel sheet and just search for address. If you have enough RAM it is easy. Or just make a csv and open with a proper text editor (not notepad). It takes a lot of memory but that's it. Once TB memory is common bitcoin will rapidly decrease to 0 because in-memory addresa lists will be rapidly created. It's not like gold, it will always be hard to mine. I did the math and given each character is one byte, for both public and private address you don't need all that much. If you count all possible keys it's really not out of the realm of reality this will fit in memory one day. Then you just have an index table with EXISTING wallets (those found in the blockchain) and check the index (o(1) efficient). This is like undergrad computer science stuff.
