50k into real estate, depending on where you live and your current assets you could get a house or a three for rentals

25k in crypto

20k in ETFs etc

only need 5k if you want to have a holiday, no need to spend as much as 25k

Regardless, make sure you max out your roth IRAs and 401ks etc
