I use 5min Ichimoku Signals w/ Fib Pivots. I don't use HA candles for that interval generally speaking. They work okay, but in current market conditions it seems that there is over-reaction in both Bull/Bear camps. You would think HA would smooth this out, but it is too slow as the over-reaction causes another over-reaction, leading to sudden breakouts and breakdowns. It is kinda like a negative and negative equaling a positive. If I'm kinda just chilling or doing something else I'll use 4hr HA candles. Don't go to deep ITM or you'll kill your gains. I honestly prefer to do this (4hr HA) because it is optimal comfy and less risky.
