I'm currently in thailand and have also travelled to cambodia... i dunno if this place is the dreamland you all think it is. It's beautiful but still definitely lacking in a lot of ways. Internet isn't amazing here by any stretch and you will need a decent chunk of money to have a nice house that isn't surrounded by third world awkwardness. just my two cents. it's a great place to vacation whether you're single or in a relationship. the people are wonderfully nice (buddhists are so chill) and the food is fantastic. check it out first and stay at a nice resort. Stay here for 10-14 days and definitely do some real estate research. You'll have fun even if you decide it's not for you.
