i used to be like you op but now, i don't even care if the singularity happens. i've fantasized so much that I understand huge sums of money will not bring lasting satisfaction and I'll still have to put in a lot of focused work to move my experience dial from its default position at 'bland disinterest' briefly to 'mild amusement.' my linky is super stinky and all, but that is the extent of my delusion.
