>Overseas ATM withdrawl with my OWN HSBC bank with normal current debit account costs me 4.75%. Each 100GBP i take out anywhere outside Uk costs me 104.75GBP.

>If say I withdrawl out of another bank that charges 2% on top of the 4,75% HSBC does its 106.75GBP per 100 withdrawn.

However HSBC has spot on great exchange rates.

Is this significantly worse or better than other banks? Am i getting cucked with the whole international banking meme?

not too bad anon, charges are usually 2-5% for FX (withdrawing in other currencies) and around 2% from withdrawing from atm
check out skrill and neteller, you can get a prepaid debit card and maybe get a bit lower rates, but it'll be mostly the same

Oh no, if only there was a global decentralised payment system you could use. Really faggot? Get a crypto debit card, and just use that. Fuck sake, you don't need cash for anything any more.
