Need career advice!

There is an acquisition happening where i work. They say there wont be layoffs and our roles and pay are protected but everywhere online says these things happen regardless. Should I jump ship or throw the dice and stay? The person buying is much bigger and at some point during the implementation process we have 2 train them on our product. Thnks guize.

Workspace is going to get a lot harder and more competitive. The other company probably has better methods and expect more from the employees

Throw the dice and stay. You will get a severance package and can go on unemployment for 6 months, while you search for a new job - versus leaving and not having a job offer on the table with no pay.
