So when you see OI ratio pullback the market is on the edge of continuing on as normal, with big potential for an moon mission, or falling off a click until confidence is restored and stocks are no longer overbought. In our instance now, we have strong potential for a positive Catalyst. Recent downturns did not have this and were very overbought. Look at RSI in Feb. The higher RSI climbs the lower the confidence in the market goes, hence less options volume, and more calls less puts written. Does this make sense? I'm multitasking right now.
