Should I all in on ETH right now?

>> No.10800198

Lol, why not? Who needs money, right?

>> No.10800233

Jesus Christ when one of these ETF get approved the price is going to skyrocket.

as someone 90% in eth, honestly no. Just tether up.
Eth has a great future but the short term sucks. Inflation is sky high.
It's not going to moon before PoS, which is supposed to happen in 2019, but given the history of delays is going to happen in 2020. That's a lot of time in crypto.

However, in October/November a tiny reduction of block rewards by 33% is nearly certain to happen. That could create a small pump. Or not.

>33% less block rewards
could create small pump

oh please easy +50% guaranteed.
btc does the same every halvening

>> No.10800340

No it dumped harder after the bitcoin "short squeeze" yesterday why would it pump now?

Bitcoin ETF denial means altcoins won't get one either.

Also look at the short/long ratio way better than bitcoin right now if you want to short.

Ethereum's inflation is 2x higher than bitcoin's, it has to be cut 50% just to be equivalent.

>he really believes this
Son, not only will an ETF for BTC never be approved, even if one somehow is it will tank alts to the ground

>> No.10800371

>>10800178
Stupid shit’s going to tank 50% taking all alts with it. Worst mini bull run ever.

>> No.10800891

IF ETH does not profile itself as a currency it's ogre.
Money skeleton is right. In case the point is to develop dapps, the price above $500 is not justified.
With the low traction of dapps (only 2 have 1000+ users) eth would do the same job if it cost $5.
Somehow the flippening was denied, by some big decision makers.
It seems the plan for ETH is not to overthrow btc. But given the lagging tech of btc who knows...it's a bet.

It will be approved, its just that a big bank like GS has to take credit for it. Do you really think some noname losers are going to convince the SEC to allow a BTC ETF.

>> No.10801055

>>10800944
no big name bank is going to take credit for an asset tanker, and they don't even give a shit about fucking ETF, only scenario is they build their own exchanges while we bottom out / market dies and revive the entire fucking thing under their control, then push ETF to drum up business. they did not buy ATH and don't spend all day dreaming of an imaginary bull run, they are fine with sub 1k floors

>> No.10801210

I'd DCA some, but I wouldn't go all in.

Buy order filled at $270 today. Now 60% cash and 40% ETH

>> No.10801626

>>10800178
i was thinking about selling so you should probably go all in. I am the worst fucking trader/holder of all time. i bought into the pump because i know its at a 10 month low but i cant bring myself to sell. i finally sold at 277 and lo and behold it fucking starts blasting off to 300 that green bar just kept rising watching it live i panicked. bought the top lost thousands of dollars in literally minutes. idk what to do anymore maybe just sell and sit out for awhile.

Not worse than me. I sold off 100 of my ETH at the very bottom of last Summer's crash (July 16 2017) at $150. Fomo'd back in when it reached $200 and lost like 30 ETH because of my dumbassery.

I'm still dumb because I didn't sell any of my ETH even after the crash, I figure I'll just keep hanging on because my stack isn't worth selling off since the risk of selling now before some kind of recovery is getting increasingly likely.
