If you're trying to work for a place where the determining factor is your resume you're probably better off looking elsewhere. I'd rather be top dog at a shitty start up than some nobody at a big name place because my hard work will actually be recognized and if there's not a lot of long term potential it'll be a good springboard.

That said, there's a lot you can do to make yourself look better on a resume. For instance, instead of saying that your hobby is jerking off to hentai, say that you study fine art.

I literally lied and made up different clubs i was in, even a company.

As a pajeet I apply for coder jobs and say I'm a full stack developer and I know every language they want. They usually call me because Americans just don't have the skills they're looking for.

I knew a guy who's supervisor that was getting paid 200k+ to be a lead project manager for AI software, faked his entire credentials, and basically made it there for like half a year before they caught on (making 100k+) and then completely bailed.
