I'm going to work until 2021 at which point I'll have about 100k saved up and I'm going to buy an apartment out from under my godfather in a metropolitan area city and rent it out while I go vagabond across the world.

Didn’t go to a college or university after graduating HS, went to CC while working few years later, everyone is working and has their own lives so no connections are made
