I'd stay away from Texas instruments. As for Intel and cypress. Yes they both in the same general market. But the focus is a bit different. Cypress is focusing heavily on internet of things and smart devices. Intel is more broad but they still put a the majority into servers and the like. Both have strong prospects and the question becomes which will be bigger IOT or AI/ML. I think Intel is at a reasonable discount for tlwhere they currently stand while Cypress might be running off some hype. That said Cypress is hungry and isn't resting on the hype. Frankly, I'd split between the two. Both are probably here to stay for a long time and will grow bigger and not really have competition with each other. Because ones putting a simple chip and blue tooth in your fridge and the other is making servers to power everything.
