once I heard a female voice saying "I love you" into my left ear. Not an inner dialog, like something outside my head actually said it. Few other times before and after the sleep I heard another male voice, I basically can recognise him he's something like my dreaming emissary.

Hey, I used to go through this. Do you have intense fear / terror as well? What helped for me:

>very little to no sugar
>spend more time in nature


Also, stress is a huge factor. I did not do this, but see if you can join a yoga class somewhere. Where relaxing and meditation is a thing after the exercises.

A friend of mine struggled with voices after a lot of drug use, he started listening to them, one night he called me and said dont make any pact unless it is with him or the devil... 2 weeks later he cut his own throat with a razor. His mom found him still alive and he was life flighted to the hospital and he lived. This kid did downers for a long time no issue, then stimulants, research chemicals/hallucinagens specifically NBOME.

Say no to nihlism guys, what you do and how you treat yourself is important, to you and everyone around you, and how far that reflects out is unknown. Im 34 and just finally starting to get my shit together after years and years of hedonism and nihlism. The effects on you may not be immediate if you dont take care of yourself but they are coming.
