10653574 No.10653574 [Reply] [Original]

According to the Bitmain pre-IPO investor deck, they sold most of their #Bitcoin for #Bcash. At $900/BCH, they've bled half a billion in the last 3 months. If Bitcoin Core devs didn't disclose the Bcash vulnerability, it could've wiped a billion dollars off their balance sheets.

According to these figures, to sustain the price of bcash Bitmain has had to purchase more than 10% of every bcash coin that has ever even moved, which is 8.4 million according to https://forks.network/dashboard/db/index?orgId=1

selling just 30k of BCH will destroy the whole orderbook on bitfinex.. there's absolutely no way they can sell it.

They bought BCH for BTC at a ratio between 5:1 and 10:1. They hold a large amount of BCH. The demand for BCH ist low. They cannot liquidate their funds. With BTC it would be much easier. They bet on the wrong horse because of they greed for control. And they are punished for it.

Check on some dick cashie.

Have you heard of the term flash crash? ETH did it when some guy sold a fucking shitton of ETH to trigger orders all the way down.

Selling 30K BTC would cause a flash crash and then it would recover. Selling 30K BCH would trigger an actual crash.

You are wrong. They are doing an IPO so they can get rid of their bcash bags because they lack the liquidity to do it otherwise. They are basically using the company to exit scam.

Spoken like a true corecuck. Why would they want to liquidate? He wouldn't be able to liquidate corecoins anyway, since he has so many. Jihan never sold any of his personal coins for money. I see it as he made a great deal, he basically increases his BTC by 10 when the market catches up and realizes coreshit can't work. That's why you're poor and he's not

Bitcoin's network is working as intended.
It is focusing on security rather than transaction throughput.
The market doesn't need to "catch up" to anything, it has made up its mind.
If you want to have the highest TPS, use paypal, visa, or ripple.
You'll come to realize there's always a compromise between TPS and network security.

No there isn't, paypal and visa are secure and fast. Bitcoin is slow because it's poorly designed and the adhoc fixes are treated as "enhancements".

Well, what happens when you add up the hashpower for via btc, btc.com and ant pool? And I guess coingeek now, both chains

What does that give you anon. What does it mean.

Bch soon is going to have to most capacity and actual adoption.

The only thing in bchs way right now is lack of fiat gateways, otherwise it has all the fundamentals , btc has none.

You have less than 3 months, writing is on the wall.
